Detailed Requirements
Pregnancy & Health
- At least one full-term birth.
- No history of pregnancy complications that put you or baby at risk.
- A history of gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, or other complications is reviewed individually with the clinic.
- Meets current program and clinic guidelines, including individual medical and BMI review.
- Physician-approved for surrogacy.
Lifestyle & Support
- Stable, supportive home environment.
- Emotional support from family or friends.
- Commitment to healthy habits.
- No nicotine, vaping, or recreational drug use.
Screening & Availability
- Complete medical, psychological, and background screening.
- Available for appointments and communication throughout the journey.
- Open and responsive with our team and intended parents.
