Our role is to help people and independent professionals stay coordinated. LittleBee has established working relationships with fertility centers across Southern California and can also work alongside an intended parent’s existing clinic when appropriate.
These are working relationships—not ownership, medical control or a guarantee of treatment or outcome. Clinics and other independent professionals make decisions under their own professional responsibility.

Vivi
Founder & Managing Director
Vivi leads LittleBee Surrogacy and oversees the overall direction, operations, and standards of the agency.
She works closely with the entire team to make sure every surrogate journey is handled with care, consistency, and clear communication. From developing the agency’s programs and coordinating with professional partners to supporting the team when more complex situations arise, Vivi remains closely involved in creating a safe, organized, and supportive experience for everyone involved.
She believes that surrogacy is built on trust. For Vivi, that means making sure every woman considering surrogacy receives honest information, understands the process, and feels respected throughout her journey.
Her goal is to build an agency where surrogates are not simply guided through a process, but genuinely supported as individuals making an extraordinary commitment to help another family.
Angela
Surrogate Admissions Coordinator
Angela is often one of the first people a prospective surrogate speaks with when she reaches out to LittleBee Surrogacy.
She helps women understand what it means to become a surrogate, answers questions about requirements, compensation, screening, and the overall process, and guides applicants through the first stages of their journey.
Angela understands that many women begin with a long list of questions—and sometimes uncertainty about whether surrogacy is right for them. Her role is not to pressure anyone into moving forward, but to provide clear information and help each applicant understand what to expect before making a decision.
From the first conversation through application and initial screening, Angela works to make the process straightforward, comfortable, and easy to understand.
Claire
Surrogate Journey Coordinator
Once a surrogate begins her journey, Claire becomes one of her primary points of contact for the day-to-day details of the process.
She helps coordinate appointments, documents, schedules, reminders, and communication between the different people involved in each journey. She also helps surrogates understand what comes next so they never feel as though they have to navigate the process on their own.
Claire believes that good support is often found in the small details—answering a question promptly, checking in before an important appointment, explaining the next step, or simply being available when a surrogate needs help.
From matching and medical preparation through pregnancy and the later stages of the journey, Claire works to keep everything organized while providing consistent and personal support.
Oliver
Director of Operations & Partnerships
Oliver supports the operational side of LittleBee Surrogacy and helps coordinate the relationships and resources that make each surrogate journey possible.
He works with the team and external professional partners to keep processes organized, improve coordination, and help resolve operational issues that may arise throughout a journey.
While much of his work happens behind the scenes, his focus is straightforward: making sure the team has the systems, communication, and professional support needed to provide surrogates with a smooth and dependable experience.
Oliver works closely with Vivi and the surrogate support team to ensure that every part of the agency operates around the same priority—the wellbeing and experience of the women who choose to become surrogates.
