FERTILITY CENTER COORDINATION
We Work Alongside Established Fertility Centers
If you already have a fertility clinic, we can discuss how its requirements fit into screening, matching, and transfer planning. If you are still exploring options, our formal working network includes 13 fertility centers serving Southern California families. A selection appears below, and the Fertility & Donor Support page lists the full network and explains each role.
LittleBee Coordinates
Communication, record requests, scheduling context and alignment between agency milestones.
The Clinic Provides Medical Care
Medical evaluation, eligibility, treatment protocols, medication instructions, transfer and clinical monitoring.
Clinic participation and treatment decisions depend on each family’s circumstances and the treating medical team. A working relationship does not guarantee eligibility, treatment or outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to match with a surrogate?
Matching time varies based on your preferences, clinic and legal readiness, and the availability of a surrogate who feels right for everyone. We’ll explain the current matching picture during your consultation and keep you updated throughout the search.
How are surrogates screened?
Screening generally includes a review of pregnancy and medical history, medical clearance through the fertility clinic, psychological evaluation, background checks, and an assessment of lifestyle readiness and support. Requirements may vary by clinic, state, and individual circumstances.
How much should intended parents budget?
A complete budget may include agency coordination, surrogate compensation and benefits, IVF and other medical costs, independent legal representation, insurance, escrow, travel, and case-specific expenses. We’ll provide a personalized estimate; final costs depend on your plan and circumstances.
What happens if a match or embryo transfer does not work out?
We slow down, review what happened with the appropriate professionals, and support everyone in deciding the next step under the applicable agreements. Depending on the situation, that may mean additional conversations, a new transfer plan, or beginning a careful rematch.
Can we get to know our surrogate before moving forward?
Yes. Matching is a mutual decision. We facilitate conversations so you and a potential surrogate can discuss expectations, communication preferences, values, and the kind of relationship that feels comfortable before anyone chooses to move forward.
