THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR SUPPORT

Meet the LittleBee Team

Meet the people responsible for admissions, day-to-day journey coordination, agency standards and professional partnerships.

Vivi

Founder & Managing Director

Vivi leads LittleBee Surrogacy and oversees the overall direction, operations, and standards of the agency.

She sets program standards, coordinates with professional partners and supports the team when a journey requires an operational decision.

Vivi believes trust begins with honest information, clear responsibilities and room to make an informed choice.

Her goal is for every surrogate to feel treated as a person—not moved through a process.

Angela

Surrogate Admissions Coordinator

Angela is often one of the first people a prospective surrogate speaks with when she reaches out to LittleBee Surrogacy.

She helps women understand what it means to become a surrogate, answers questions about requirements, compensation, screening, and the overall process, and guides applicants through the first stages of their journey.

Her role is to answer questions without pressure so each applicant can decide whether the commitment fits her health, family and plans.

Angela remains the main guide from the first conversation through application and initial screening.

Claire

Surrogate Journey Coordinator

Once a surrogate begins her journey, Claire becomes one of her primary points of contact for the day-to-day details of the process.

She helps coordinate appointments, documents, schedules, reminders, and communication between the different people involved in each journey. She also helps surrogates understand what comes next so they never feel as though they have to navigate the process on their own.

Claire believes that good support is often found in the small details—answering a question promptly, checking in before an important appointment, explaining the next step, or simply being available when a surrogate needs help.

From matching through pregnancy and postpartum planning, Claire keeps agency details organized and helps route questions to the right person.

Oliver

Director of Operations & Partnerships

Oliver supports the operational side of LittleBee Surrogacy and helps coordinate the relationships and resources that make each surrogate journey possible.

He works with the team and external professional partners to keep processes organized, improve coordination, and help resolve operational issues that may arise throughout a journey.

Much of Oliver’s work happens behind the scenes: maintaining systems, communication and partner coordination for the team.

He works with Vivi and the surrogate support team to keep agency operations centered on surrogate wellbeing and dependable coordination.

Who LittleBee Supports—and How

For Surrogates

Prospective surrogates can ask Angela about eligibility, screening, compensation and timing before applying. Once a journey begins, Claire helps coordinate day-to-day milestones and communication.

For Intended Parents

Intended parents receive matching support, clinic coordination and a clear explanation of which decisions belong to independent medical, legal, insurance and escrow professionals.

ESTABLISHED WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Connected to Experienced Fertility Centers

LittleBee maintains formal working relationships with 13 fertility centers across Southern California and can also coordinate with an intended parent’s existing clinic when appropriate. We organize agency communication and milestones; each clinic remains responsible for medical eligibility and treatment.

These are working relationships—not ownership, medical control or a guarantee of treatment or outcome. Clinics and other independent professionals make decisions under their own professional responsibility.
